101 Warren Street

Great design, world-renowned art, and exceptional landscape converge in TriBeCa at 101 Warren Street.

Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, with layouts by Ismael Leyva Architects, the 228-unit condominium offers five different designs for urban living. The one- to five-bedroom homes range from 923 to 5.700 square feet, and are within two adjoining and interconnected buildings; a 35-story tower and a 12-story boutique building.

Layouts include open-plan lofts, simplex and duplex townhouses, glass and light-filled skyhomes, rooftop homes, and a duplex penthouses with a 2,386 square foot setback terrace and views. An exceptional use of outdoor living space is a defining characteristic of the building. Loggias create a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor space: the duplex townhouse have 20-foot double-height loggias, and 10-foot- high loggias can be found in many resistances throughout the tower.

The 228 apartments are each equipped with a bulthaup b3 kitchen, as pictured above in the rendering created by 7th Art LLC. Precise logistics management is a given if 228 kitchens are to be produced in just a few weeks and prepared ready for installation on the building site. bulthaup's specialists coordinated the planning, production, transport and assembly processes for the individually-designed kitchens precisely with the overall project plans, so that the smooth running of site operations could be assured.
